creation of a subset of all Members. For instance, all Executive, or
all Members who are on the mailing list but not Patrons or
Executives. This list can be augmented by picking individual records
to add to or delete from the Select list. |

Selected subset of members can each be sent an Email (mass mailing). Emails can be customized
for each member automatically by insertion of Name, Address, etc. |

recovery in the event that a mass-emailing has been interrupted. |

on either all or a Selection of records. |

list can be placed on a Web
Server. Multiple users can access the list through the web. A
file lock mechanism ensures that only one person at a time can make
